I didn’t keep a log of how much I ran this year, but I ran a lot more than I did in 2008 and was much more active with Kyaking, hiking, etc. My body has healed as much as it is going to after the roof fall a couple of years ago, but I am stubborn and will work through the pain as much as possible.
